Omneity Bridgend Computer Support has been providing quality IT Support Services since the 1980s. It is my mission to make your IT investment work for you in the most efficient way. I believe the best way to achieve this goal is to provide a direct, hands-on, holistic approach to your computer and IT needs.

Omneity Bridgend Computer Support is run by Mike Marshall, a qualified computer repair professional who has worked with IT infrastructure and business support systems since 1987. Mike has worked for a number of Blue Chip clients & internationally recognised businesses as well as providing honest and impartial advice to countless individual and small business computer users over many years. With more than 30 years experience as a computer user, Mike fully understands the frustrations that can occur when your computer systems don't work as you would like them to. With Mike’s extensive experience as both a user and an IT professional he is able to diagnose and repair your computer problems, quickly and efficiently.

Efficient: Fast, efficient and reliable. I don’t believe you should wait days for your computer to be repaired. I will come to you and fix it for you while you wait, you are free to watch, learn and ask questions whilst I work on your system if you wish.

No Gimmicks: I do not offer no-fix-no-fee or other dubious gimmicks - your computer can be fixed!

Guaranteed Value Service: I do not sell hardware, except for service components where required. The slim profit margins on computer hardware make large scale parts supply only viable for the warehouse shippers. This also means I can keep my turnover levels below the VAT threshold with the saving passed directly to you, the customer.
